After a spirited performance, Thistle eventually lost out 2 0 to Shettleston last night. This Saturday is our last game of the season at home to Benburb, kick off 2pm. Please come along and support the town's club in the final game as we bring the curtain down. Next Saturday (1st June) we will celebrate the 30th anniversary of winning the Scottish Junior Cup. The evening will be held in Ballerup Hall where there will be live music, raffle, hot buffet, bar and presentations. Tickets are priced at £10 and with the bar prices held from our last function, it all makes for a very enjoyable and cheap night out. Please see any of the players or committee for tickets and/or details. Please come along and celebrate with us! Lastly, the management, committee and players thank all those supporters who have stuck by us in what has clearly been a learning curve for all concerned. We are glad to report that we are now over the worst and are already planning for next season. Updates will be released as we are able to provide them. See you on Saturday!

Tonight's game is 1 of 2 of our remaining games, both at home. Our game v Shettleston kicks off tonight at 7.15. Saturday's game is v Benburb with a 2pm kick off.

EK Thistle V Benburb: Game Off!

Tonight's scheduled league game v Benburb has been called off due to a waterlogged pitch. It had been hoped the work carried out saturday and sunday would be enough to allow the game to go ahead, but there has been too much rain overnight. Our next sheduled game is at home v Neilston this saturday with a 2pm kick off.

Our next game is scheduled for Wednesday 8th May away to Lesmahagow. Kick off 7.15pm. Today's game was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Website Apologies for the lack of information comming through from the club, but due to work and other commitments, the website has not been updated. We are currently speaking with the website host to revamp the website and make it more presentable. It has been a hectic week on the field with 4 games in 7 days. Recent results: 27th April Bellshill 1 v 1 East Kilbride Thistle 29th April East Kilbride Thistle 0 v 4 Port Glasgow 1st May Larkahll 4 v 1 East Kilbride Thistle Paul McAneny Paul McAneny has decided to leave the club. Paul has been an integral part of what we have set out to achieve this season, keeping the club alive, and we thank him for his time with us. We wish Paul every success in whatever he decides to do in the future, and he will always be made welcome at the Showpark. 30th Anniversary/Player of the Year On 1st June we will mark the 30th anniversary of the club's Scottish Junior Cup success and will hold an evening of celebration in Ballerup Hall, East Kilbride. There are still a small number of tickets left for public sale priced at £10.00 each. On the same evening, we will host our Player of the Year awards.
