Former manager John Brogan will turn back the clock to help East Kilbride Thistle in raising funds for the Showpark Redevelopment.
Thistle Club Secretary Darren Waugh said "As a manager, John has never been afraid to make his feelings know to his charges on their performances, before during and after the match. I doubt he will be any different in the match against Dukla Pumpherston. He has always been competitive and will be looking for a win on the day. Having said that, he was known for some inspirational team talks during his time here at Showpark, so I'm sure everyone in the East Kilbride Thistle Select team will be right up for it on the day."
The Thistle Select team play Dukla Pumpherston at Showpark on Sunday 1st August with a 2pm KO. Anyone interested in playing can still bid for a shirt. Details can be found on the club website www.ekthistlefc.co.uk.
