East Kilbride Thistle are on the lookout for a trainee web manager / content editor to join their team.
The successful applicant will most likely be someone who is planning a career in IT, or is in the middle of or has recently completed a web content or IT developer course, and is looking for relevant work experience.
The position will primarily require the management of the club website, editing and publishing news articles, and updating fixture and result information. In addition, as the website develops, there will be the opportunity to develop new modules and functionality.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience of Joomla CMS, mySQL database and PHP language, as well more general web skills such as CSS and HTML, though training on specific areas can be provided. Anyone interested in the position should contact the club by email at
